DeBaliviere Place is a highly desirable, centrally-located St. Louis neighborhood featuring some of the most beautiful architecture in the city. Our district includes historical streets like Kingsbury Square, Washington Terrace, and Waterman Place.

We’re centrally located, boarded between Delmar Boulevard, Lindell Boulevard, DeBaliviere Avenue, and Union Boulevard. DeBaliviere Place is within walking distance to both shops and dining options alike with quick and easy access to public transportation and the Metrolink.

On any given day you can take a short walk, ride, or drive to the Delmar Loop, Washington University, the Central West End, or Forest Park.

Waterman Pool

Located on Waterman Boulevard between Clara and DeBaliviere, the Waterman Pool is an outdoor neighborhood pool accessible by neighborhood residents throughout the summer months. The Home Owners Association manages the pool.

Pet Waste Stations

DeBaliviere Place is a people and pet-friendly district.

Our dog-walking residents enhance the vitality and security of the District. With the cooperation of management companies and condominium associations, the DeBaliviere Place SBD provides pet waste stations to further comply with the City ordinance.

Our stations have polite signage, locked dispensers, convenient waste cans, and complimentary bags for cleanup. They’re adjacent to public sidewalks and do not block the facades of residences. Please note that no advertising is permitted.
